Wan Chai District Health Centre recently participated in the S Plus Summit and Expo, collaborating with various stakeholders to discuss how to achieve Sustainable Development Goals and promote primary healthcare services locally and regionally. At the expo, we showcased the diverse services of Wan Chai District Health Centre, with a special focus on promoting the Chronic Disease Co-Care Pilot Scheme, encouraging citizens to engage in early screening and proactive health management to prevent chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia.
